Can you manage projects in an Agile way? Can Prince2 be replaced?
Managing a project in a Agile way creates flexibility and focuses on the delivered functionality given the fixed time and budget scopes. Using Agile, teams quickly deliver value, and get direct feedback from the customer.
Within the Agile Project Management framework we will look at the entire project lifecycle, from idea to project handover in an Agile way. Participants will get insights into the Agile philosophy and the way this can be translated to Agile Project management. The different Agile Frameworks and their effect on Agile Project Management will be discussed as well as the roles, responsibilities within Agile Project Management. The training will be (inter)active and participants will practice with Agile Project Management. To create a good understanding of Agile Project Management, different games will be played during the training.
